TweeterGetter pros and cons
I'm quite taken by the tweetergetter even though some think it's just a chain letter. So what! Chain letters were annoying but they went viral. Viral marketing is what we want. We want real people to syndicate our message because they see value in it, right?
So if I give you my link to tweetergetter and you get your own link and we both share our links with our lists, then how can that hurt? We both get more twitter followers and some of them will stay with us. Why? Because we offer value to our target market for free.
Remember, the only reason we are able to make money online is because we have a following - a group of people who find us online and sign up for our free stuff. Our stuff helps them and so now they are opening our emails to see what else we can do for them.
TweeterGetter just helps people find us through viral marketing and I honestly don't get why some people are upset about it but they are. So with that warning to you, that you might annoy people who do not undestand that you are simply looking for more people to join you and benefit from what you have to offer, then I say go ahead and risk annoying those people.
